first way is to make a hole in the back of the item just big enough to pour in enough resin to quarter fill it, tape over the hole and keep rotating it as even as poss to line the inside until the resin starts to set. now you can do either of these or even both if you want. but first step is to brush coat a couple of layers of fibreglass resin on the outside and alow it it to set hard. The good thing about the predator stuff is that it is not needed to be smoothed out, there is a rough texture to it, plus you will need to glue lots of detail on to the surface. I have uploaded the items I have built so far and they fit lovely at the scale I set.ģD pictures of items done so far are below. as I found these items and did not create them, credit belongs to that person whom ever they are, the unfold has been done by me.

There are a few problems with the wrist 3d Graphics which could be by passed during the building process and a bit of building skill. I have built some of it, and hence the scale is I believe is correct. The armour I have is for the shoulders, crotch, ankles, wrist, chest and shoulder weapon. I have just about everything to build and fit out a full Predator costume including new Bio helmet, throwing disc and spear. and still working on it, some of it can be a little complex for the novice to attempt. some I have created myself and others I have found trawling through the internet and unfolded because no one else has done it yet.ĭuring one of my hunts I found some Predator armour, which I have been unfolding overtime. I have created and unfolded 100's of items. I am new to this forum, I am a big Pepakura user.
